The Board



A professional entertainer and creative spirit, Annika completed a Bachelor of Professional Studies at The University of Memphis with a focus in Theater and Dance, as well as a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Project Management with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 

Annika is a former dancer for the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies and has choreographed for several professional organizations. ​In addition to her philanthropic efforts, she has worked as a production assistant with Miss Universe Iceland and Miss Earth USA. She has traveled over a dozen countries, each time incorporating an act of public service. The Global Citizen Collective is an extension of Annika's passions and zest for living a life of abundance.

Christina Rizzo

Christina is an adventurous soul with a desire to serve her community both locally and globally. She has traveled over a dozen countries and 30 U.S. states. She earned a Master of Education in Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. 


Christina served as a Playmaker for the NFL's Baltimore Ravens and entertained thousands as a cheerleader for the MLL's Chesapeake Bayhawks. During her time with the Baltimore Ravens she was awarded Rookie Playmaker of the Year & Unsung Hero by her teammates, as well as the Ravens Award for her dedication to the team and community. As Director of Programs, Christina is responisble for strategic management and logistics of the organization's programs.


Brenda Johnson

Hailing from Puerto Rico and spending her childhood in New York City, Brenda now resides in Virginia Beach. She is a proud military veteran, wife, mother to four children and business owner. You can find multiple locations of her business - The Body Bar - throughout Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads.


Brenda enjoyed building the Miss Earth Puerto Rico brand as co-director in 2017. She served as Miss Earth USA State Director for Virginia, in addition to offering her expertise as a member of the Board of Directors for Beauty Beyond Borders, Inc.


Chukwudum Ofomata

Chukwudum is the Founder of Epiphany Men's Jewelry and Blokes Men's Footwear in Lagos, Nigeria. He is also an Independent Consultant specialising in Brand Strategy, Marketing and Public Relations. He earned a bachelor’s degree with honours in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a Professional Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), United Kingdom, and Google Certifications in Digital Marketing.


He brings over 16 years of experience and deep expertise in advertising, business development, communications, and product innovation. He is passionate about education, clean energy, financial inclusion, poverty eradication and sustainable communities.
